We are looking for a Registration executive to manage and assist the day-to-day operations and coordinate all aspects of conference registration and creative technology services, delegate management and logistics for projects including pre-planning, setups, design, and post event wrap up. Requirements:
Contract length: 6 months Salary: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in Information Technology / Tourism / Event Management / Hospitality.
- Minimum 5-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Event Industry.
- Experience in a Convention and Exhibition Centre in a similar role is preferred.
- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in handling registration platforms and other event technologies.
- Working knowledge in using computer in MS Office (emails, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.),
- Working knowledge of event setup in registration platforms, MS Power BI, MS Reporting Engine, Database basics, Data science and Web technologies (e.g., CSS, HTML, JavaScripting and CMS).
- Manage onsite and online registration software.
- Coordinate with external vendors, required for onsite operations.
- Mange and Brief Ushers/Temp Staff and other control allocations.
- Assist Team Leader / Manager for Onsite delivery.
- Assist Sr. Executive CMS in real time onsite and post event reports.
- Respond to platform related emails & delegate queries for all registration related issues.
- Coordination for technical support, project planning, financial & relationship management.
