We're Hiring: Regional Operations Manager (Retail)

On-site | Dubai | Urgently Needed

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment of local operational teams, overseeing all store-related activities within the region. This includes coordinating site selection, renovation, and store openings to ensure timely and efficient execution;

Formulate and implement sales targets for the designated region, taking full responsibility for achieving revenue goals, controlling operational costs, managing mall discounts, and maximizing profitability. Provide strategic direction for regional store operations to enhance operational quality, efficiency, and overall productivity;

Analyze and manage operational data to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues through data-driven decision-making;

Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute regional market plans and promotional campaigns;

Oversee the daily operations of the regional department, including the management, guidance, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline;

Proven background in the retail or new retail industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing large-scale chain store operations;

Prior experience in brand-side operations management, preferably with a successful track record of handling annual sales exceeding USD 10 million;

Strong hands-on operational experience with a strategic and systematic approach to business management;

Exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively;

Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team management, risk control, and talent development;

Proficiency in English ?Chinese are considered plus.
