to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple shop locations, specializing in Arabic sweets, premium honey, and traditional teas.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of all retail locations to ensure smooth daily functioning. Drive and monitor

sales performance

, set targets, and implement promotional strategies.

Train and manage

shop staff across different locations. Ensure a consistently high standard of

customer service

and in-store presentation. Coordinate

stock management, logistics

, and supply chain efficiency. Conduct regular visits to locations to support staff and resolve operational challenges. Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. Analyze store metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

retail operations

or

multi-unit management

, preferably in Arabic sweets, honey, and specialty foods. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong understanding of

sales strategies

and customer experience. Willingness to travel regularly between store locations. Background in Arabic sweets, gourmet food, or beverage retail is a

major advantage

. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a must.
