Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed set goals
Regional team management (training, motivation, performance monitoring)
Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new opportunities for collaboration
Monitoring the market, competition and trends in order to create recommendations to improve results
Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and industry-related legal regulations
Regular reporting and presentation of results to management

Job Requirements
Completed higher education (economics, management or related fields)
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, distribution or a management role, preferably in the FMCG or tobacco industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make strategic decisions
Good knowledge of English and working with MS Office
