About the Role:

If you are passionate about our brands and products and have a head for research and discovery, this role might interest you! We are looking for a Region CSU Manager (Consumer Shopping Understanding) to join our Gulf & Arab Countries team. This role is part of the region board in GAC and will be working in close collaboration with the Region Managing Director and key stakeholders in the Headquarters. As a Region CSU Manager you will be responsible for gathering & sharing insights to understand market and consumer behavior patterns. The research and data you provide will be crucial in monitoring Ferrero\'s products\' performance bringing human-centric inspiration and confidence to business decisions. You will also optimize growth opportunities via deep local market and consumer/shopper understanding.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Region CSU Manager you will support and enable regional objectives and needs. This includes sustaining plans with regular Insights from a macroeconomic perspective, evolving trends of Consumer and Shoppers and Meta Analysis. You will be collaborating regularly with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data analysis requirements. You will propose and coordinate end to end research activities regularly aligning all the interested stakeholders in full respect of CSU central guidelines; Work with external researches providers in order to organize analyses and consumer research and their changing needs; Suggest and lead the ad hoc consumer researches for the Marketing teams in order to understand the behavior and preferences of target consumers identified for specific projects (packaging, new product launches, advertising campaigns, etc.) In your capacity as the Region CSU Manager, you will organize the production of ongoing reports. Interact with external research providers to ensure data needs fulfillment and define arrangements for continual and ad hoc market analysis reporting. You will Regularly analyze competition from all lenses and anticipate any evolving trend, insights. As part of the CSU execution, you will ensure proper execution of experimental activities providing correct feedback to Sales / Marketing Departments You will develop competencies by promoting the development of the innovation capabilities within the Region and Post Launch Analysis of Innovations via dedicated consumer research. You will have one team member reporting to you, as a people manager, you will have the responsibility of optimizing workplace productivity and promote professional growth.

Who we are looking for:

If you have about 13-15 years of experience in Research Agencies/F&B Insights function, this might be the next career opportunity for you. Gulf experience is of a big added value. Experience in shopper insights is a must have for this role. You should have a proven track record of stakeholder management across functions, levels and geographies. As the CSU region manager, you need to be an expert in data storytelling, landing complex concepts into understandable insights. Proven experience in consumer behavior analysis, Digital Analytics and Digital marketing proficient in excel and visualization tools Power BI, PowerPoint etc.. (Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos etc.) Familiarity with statistical analysis. Financial acumen could be an added value for the position. This role requires a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Masters/MBA degree is a plus. As we work in a very diverse region, fluency in English is a must, Arabic language is a plus.
