Job description
Egis Middle East is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to put in place learning and development initiatives that enable Egis\' staff to constantly evolve and develop. The L&D Specialist will work with the HRD of Shared Services on a regional level to ensure training plans are put in place.
In addition, the L&D Specialist will support on the performance management of staff including performance reviews. They will be responsible to create career development plans and performance development plans as an outcome of the performance review cycle.
The L&D Specialist will also be leading efforts on inclusion and diversity.
Create training plans on a regional level based on country demands
Monitor training budgets
Support in sourcing different training providers and in arranging for the training
Ensure training process is being followed including: training request form, training feedback forms, etc.
Promote internal trainings with Projacs Academy
Ensure internal mandatory trainings are completed
Create and maintain learning materials through Egis\' online portals.
Be a point of contact on performance management and performance reviews on a regional level.
Coordinate with local HR for the completion of performance reviews.
Support Regional HRD on the 9-Box performance review model
Support the engagement committee and be involved in engagement plans regionwide
Champion inclusion & diversity initiatives
Support Regional HRD with retention and succession efforts by ensuring retention strategy is being implemented locally and turnover ratios are being monitored and properly documented.
Profile
Candidate must be able to collaborate on a regional level with the HR community, leadership, and employees.
Excellent communication skills
Capable of resolving conflicts or finding common grounds with stakeholders.
Innovative in their approach and able to understand and guide stakeholders through the rapidly evolving changes within L&D
Minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar role
