We will continue to engage, serve and grow our broad global community of stakeholders including employers, governments, policy makers, volunteers, members, academic institutions, senior executive leaders in the public and corporate sectors and our partner professional bodies.The RoleTo lead the cross-divisional development and implementation of CIPD's strategy to grow, engage and retain student and member bases across the Middle East and North Africa region in line with impact, reach and revenue sustainability goals. The post-holder will lead on student and member engagement and growth in the Dubai-based team and work very closely with all of CIPD's directorates to deliver the organisational strategy on customer and revenue growth, further developing CIPD's reputation, influence and impact across the region in existing markets and in new markets.This is a key leadership role, and the post holder will take the lead in region on working with CIPD Study Centres and Accredited Programme Providers (APPs) to build strong relationships focused on student acquisition, onboarding and long-term engagement/retention.They will also provide key market insight to enable the recruitment and development of centres to ensure the availability of quality provision for aspiring people professionals across the region. Working very closely with marketing they will drive membership growth from experienced professionals through the Experienced Assessment route and altogether deliver high levels of member engagement and member advocacy.As the lead role in region for qualification and membership, the post holder will support the regional Employer Solutions team in engaging employer clients particularly on the value of membership, qualifications, learning and assessment.What You'll Be DoingPartnering with central qualifications team to strengthen engagement with existing Centres and APPs, develop a pipeline for new Centres and APPs.Working with central membership team, develop and deploy a long-term membership strategy and contribute and adapt the global membership proposition in the region.Working with the Regional Director, lead the development and effective implementation of strategic partnerships with government bodies and other relevant stakeholders.Collaborating with central qualifications and membership teams to support the development, implementation and monitoring of current and new qualifications, assessment and membership products and servicesData analysis from different sources to carry out regional market research and analysis of membership and qualifications performance.Developing and implementing marketing, communications and events plans to deliver student, membership and assessment annual targets.Driving and promoting Experience Assessment (B2C and B2B) and Upgrading Assessments to meet targets and increase number of Chartered members in region.What You'll Need To Be SuccessfulProven professional experience in either HR, Marketing or Business, operating at a senior levelExperienced People Manager with an understanding of how to drive high performance in a teamA strong understanding with proven experience of delivering strategic support within a partnership or consultancy relationship.Experience in the education and/or training sectorsUnderstanding in and strategic experience of educational frameworks, qualifications and quality learningInterpersonal and relationship management skills at senior levelStrong project management principles with proven delivery of successful programmes of work being completed to time and budgetAnalytical and data analysis skillsIf this role describes you and your career aspirations, then click APPLY.
