Visa is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing for the CEMEA region, Visa's fastest growing region with unlimited potential. This critical position will lead a team of 85 individuals located within our regional HQ in Dubai and across markets to oversee the planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing, brand management, market research, product marketing, client marketing, and demand generation strategies for the diverse set of markets in Visa's CEMEA region, ranging from Russia and the GCC to fast growing diverse regions/markets across Sub Saharan Africa; CIS and South Eastern Europe; as well as North Africa, Levant and Pakistan.
The position reports to Visa's EVP, Global Chief Marketing Officer and, regionally, to the Regional President for CEMEA.
Responsibilities:
Devise overall vision and marketing strategy for the CEMEA market and product lines aligned with Visa's global and regional strategies and our multi-year brand transformation roadmap to evolve our brand as a network working for everyone.
Build strong internal and external partnerships within the CEMEA region, across regions and with global colleagues to drive desired goals
Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing budgets to drive tangible outcomes that advance Visa's strategies across consumer payment flows, new money movement flows and value-added services.
Develop, build, and ensure company brand/image of high quality and high performance with Visa's clients and their customers
Apply best-in-class digital marketing strategies and capabilities to drive efficient and effective reach to core target audiences
Continue to build robust client marketing practice that delivers value to client's goals, increases Visa's client satisfaction and drives revenue and margin to Visa.
Build a robust B2B product marketing practice (lower funnel activities), aligned closely with internal partners, to deliver on desired new client and new solution outcomes.
Understand the needs of new markets, segments, and consumers and deliver marketing strategies that deliver on core KPIs
Manage the complexity of all countries, customer segments, media, and distribution channels for the region
Ensure all marketing activities have clear KPIs and ensure a robust test and learn feedback loop to drive advancements in outcomes and capabilities.
Create a team culture aligned with Visa's leadership principles -- where individual contributions are valued, leadership skill is prioritized, teams are collaborative and outcome driven and individuals can grow and thrive.
