Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end
recruitment process
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent
Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
Stay updated with market trends, especially in
IT recruitment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter;
experience in IT recruitment is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
