Recruitment Specialist
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
• Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer letter and onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in hiring top talent
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to effectively source and attract top talent
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic)
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, or construction industry is highly desirable
