Recruitment Specialist
who knows how tosource, screen, and close candidates efficiently.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Recruitment Execution:
Client & Candidate Management:
Actively source candidates usingLinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Conductinitial screenings
to assess suitability before submission. Maintain a pipeline ofready-to-hire talent
for future roles. Work on multiple roles acrossReal Estate, Construction, and Engineering sectors, Health care & Hospitality.
Ensurequick turnarounds
in CV submissions and interview coordination. Assist insalary negotiations and offer finalization.
Understand client requirements and ensure quality candidate matches. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process. Provide regularupdates and reports
on hiring progress.Key Requirements
Experience:
2-4 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred).Strong Sourcing Skills:
Ability tofind candidates quickly
via job portals and LinkedIn.Target-Driven Approach:
Must be comfortable working in aKPI-driven
environment.Communication:
Fluent in English with the ability toengage and persuade candidates.
Tech-Savvy:
Experience withATS or CRM tools
