Trio Cafe UAE is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Officer to support our expanding operations across the UAE. This role will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for both cafe outlet positions and corporate office roles, ensuring timely hiring, strong talent pipelines, and effective coordination with management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding
- Develop and manage a structured candidate and CV database
- Partner with operational and corporate leaders to meet staffing needs
- Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting
- Assist with broader HR administrative and recruitment initiatives
- Strong recruitment experience in hospitality/F&B mandatory
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across departments
