Description
The Key responsibilities will include:
Working independently and hiring for 4 major offices in UAE, Saudi, Lebanon, and India.
Management of the end-to-end recruitment process for Graduate and Senior Hires candidates from application to offer stage.
Maintaining candidate information in database, capturing important information, screening applications.
Organising and executing on-campus events with global and local leading partner business schools and universities. This involves designing a targeted & tailored strategy for each school, to ensure candidates are effectively engaged.
Supporting the Talent Management process by preparing the bi-annual career reviews and supporting the consultants project reviews and performance.
Organising the first week of inductions and deliver on-boarding sessions for new hires.
Working closely with the HR Manager in designing and implementing new initiatives to attract talent, and to gain a competitive advantage at recruitment events.
