We are looking to Hire a Senior Recruitment Manager to be based in Dubai and report into the Director for Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning with immediate reports in MENA region. This role has many responsibilities to ensure that SNC-L Middle East is appropriately supported on talent acquisition and activity for both projects and business unit needs. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Recruitment
Support projects, business units and functions regionally, with all recruitment needs.
Develop, manage and execute recruitment plans.
Lead the creation of a recruitment strategy for all project and corporate positions in SNC-L Middle East whilst supporting nationalization strategies in each location.
Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers, business units and functional leadership across SNC-L Middle East to determine the effectiveness of talent attraction, hiring/recruitment service.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate sourcing and attraction.
Ensure company procedures are followed and hiring is compliant as per company standards.
Review job responsibilities and develop offers in consultation with HR to ensure consistency with organisational requirements and internal equity, influencing the decision-making process as necessary by providing accurate appraisal and factual market information.
Build and manage relationships with company leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams including HRSS, Immigration, Marketing & communication.
Analyse statistical data and reports to identify recruitment activities and develop recommendations for improvement of organisation's recruitment process.
Maintain CRM database (Beamery) of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
Manage and document the internal recruitment process flow and procedures.
Attend career fairs, conferences and events to promote SNCL and source new potential talent.
Drive talent attraction through content creation and published material, working collaboratively with internal and external marketing and communication teams.
Management
Effectively lead, manage, coach and mentor a team of Recruiters and Talent attraction specialists in the Middle East and India.
Oversee that the recruitment team consistently provide required documentation so that they may complete on boarding of all approved candidates in collaborative way with the HRSS.
Recommend improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective services are being provided to hiring managers.
Work collaboratively with HR, Immigration and attraction teams in the Middle East, GTC and UK.
Reporting
Indirect management responsibility for a team to ensure delivery of timely and detailed management reports covering the following deliverables on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis:
Personnel Report – BU/Function
Time to hire reporting
Team workload allocations
Level of recruitment activity across region
Causes for concern / Road-blocks
Workload forecasts
Talent mapping / pipelines
Requirements:
10+ Years working experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Minimum 7 years previous experience in a Recruitment role ideally in the Engineering or technical sector.
Professional Qualification, Degree or Diploma.
Sound knowledge & understanding of international recruitment processes, legalities and candidate management.
Proficient and capable computer skills (incl. MS packages) and knowledge of recruitments ATS management software is a prerequisite.
Analytical skills associated with developing and utilizing performance measures and cost savings.
Experienced in managing and leading a multicultural group/team.
Ideally experienced in Workday software.
Strong presentation skills.
