The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across all departments of the real estate business. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and workforce planning to support the company's growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's real estate business objectives.
Develop workforce planning in collaboration with senior leadership and department heads.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Identify and attract qualified candidates for roles in sales, leasing, property management, development, administration, and corporate functions.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles through various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, recruitment agencies, and internal referrals).
Leverage digital platforms and headhunting techniques to find passive candidates.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and create customized hiring strategies.
Provide consultation and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection processes.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the company's employer brand in the real estate market through social media, career fairs, and partnerships with universities and recruitment firms.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidates and recruitment activities.
Team Leadership (if applicable):
Lead and mentor a recruitment team to ensure consistent performance and development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience in recruiting for the real estate industry, including sales agents, property consultants, property managers, and back-office roles.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and local market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and recruitment tools.
