IT Manager

who understands both technology and the unique needs of the real estate industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled

IT Manager

with hands-on experience in the real estate sector. This role will oversee all IT systems, ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations, manage vendors, and lead digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing CRM systems, managing real estate software, and supporting on-site and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and user systems. Oversee implementation and maintenance of real estate software (e.g., CRM, ERP, property management systems). Provide technical support and training to sales, and operations teams. Manage IT-related vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts. Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with privacy laws and regulations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Lead digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client service. Plan and execute IT budgets and technology roadmaps in line with business goals.

Preferred Experience

Previous IT management role in a real estate company. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, online listing platforms, and lead management systems. Experience with cloud-based technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
