is looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to support our growing real estate team and drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance development.
Location:
Business bay , Dubai
Experience Required:
Minimum
3 years in the Real Estate industry
(mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
end-to-end recruitment
to attract and hire top real estate talent in line with
monthly hiring targets
.
Design and deliver effective
onboarding and training programs
focused on real estate sales and HR best practices.
Continuously enhance
onboarding processes
to improve new-hire performance and retention.
Support ongoing
skill development
and employee growth initiatives.
Conduct
performance evaluations
, identify training gaps, and recommend development plans.
Work closely with management to support team productivity and sales performance.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of HR / Recruitment experience
within the
real estate sector
.
Strong understanding of
sales-driven real estate environments
.
Excellent communication, organization, and people management skills.
Ability to work with
KPIs, targets, and deadlines
.
Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
