Reporting to - Managing Partner
Responsibilities:
- Monthly hiring target is 8 Agents + 1 operation position if needed.
- Taking care of company recruitment - In house
- Closely work with all departments and understand the requirements well.
- Posting the adds on social media and other job portals, website, community groups etc
- Sourcing the cvs & pre-screening
- Conducting the interviews (Telephone/Zoom/Face to face) or walk in
- Conduct job related skill tests (Personality/IQ/Communication/EQ) etc.
- Maintain company database and employee details
- Good communication skill in English
- 360\' Recruitment skill
- University degree or diploma in HR / MBA
- Real estate experience for minimum of 3 years is a must
