The Opportunity
As Recruitment Lead Executive you will be responsible for helping to grow the newly created legal services consulting offering.
Your role will be critical in establishing sustainable growth of the business in the UAE and wider Middle East region. There will be the support of the global team and you'll have all the tools available for you to implement strategies.
This opportunity is based in Dubai, and we are encouraging overseas applicants who are interested in an exciting and diverse career opportunity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Implement a resource strategy to identify and build a pool of legal consultants
- Recruit and onboard those candidates aligning to the high standards and criteria of the wider firm and this business
- Supporting the company sales strategy, including identifying business leads, opportunities, and potential clients
- Pitching for new business and developing existing/new client relationships
- End to end candidate liaison
You will be driven and motivated to build a new business using your expertise and knowledge of the legal services space. Coming from a recruitment. BD or client relationship role you'll have a positive attitude.
