Job Description

MEA Recruitment Lead for an International Professional Services Firm, Dubai

This person will be a valued member of the Human Resources department, reporting to the Director of Human Resources for the Middle East and Africa region and working cross-functionally with other functions in the region and regional leaders. It will also involve working closely with the Leadership on special task force projects, such as group hires and/or acquisitions and the design of Recruiting Operating Model.

Responsibilities

Acting as a central point for communication to the MEA HRD and leadership team, on talent strategies and achievements

Working with leadership to determine multi-year headcount planning strategy

Supervising a significant intake channel of 250 to 300 new hires in average per annum, including Management Consultants, Management Services and Specialists.

Leveraging market trends, driving innovation, and amplifying the brand. Activating new pools of talent.

Using data to uncover insights, drive candidate engagement and increase candidate success.

Working closely with peers across the region to ensure a consistent and world-class candidate experience while also adhering to global standards.

Managing a team of approximately 3 to 4 direct reports that oversee the recruiting channels, in total a team of approx. 20 colleagues.

Establishing and committing to a long-term business direction based on an analysis of systemic information and consideration of resources, market drivers, organizational values, and emerging economic, technological, and regulatory conditions.

Translating strategic priorities into operational reality and aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results.

Creating an environment that inspires people to generate innovative solutions with measurable value for key stakeholders (internal or external) and encouraging experimentation with new ways to solve work problems and seize opportunities that result in unique and differentiated solutions.

Demonstrating an understanding of the regional economic, social, cultural, technological, legal, and political trends that impact the

organization strategy, the business trends and our ability to attract best talents.

Localization and regional operating model

Continue to elaborate with the team and leadership how to drive local talent focus, attraction, and retention programs

Integrate DEI principles into all talent acquisition strategies and practices, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

Develop and execute a true regional brand strategy that engages the talent market and creates a pipeline of prospective candidates from underrepresented groups.

Utilize data to uncover insights on DEI metrics and drive initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.

Experience

Minimum of 15 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced organization, multinational organization or leading international professional services firm

Success building and executing talent acquisition strategies at all levels, from Business Analyst to Partner

Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated results building, coaching and elevating a recruiting team

A strategic mindset and the ability to work beyond the tactical tasks of recruiting

Experience developing and retaining a team while ensuring the right balance of delegation and autonomy

Strong interpersonal and motivational skills that foster a collaborative environment and inspires others to be creative and go above and beyond

Logical and structured thinker with a desire to deliver to a high standard

Sound business acumen, analytical skills and operational literacy

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and serve as a trusted advisor. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills that foster a collaborative environment and inspires others to be creative and go above and beyond

Advanced Excel skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond tactical tasks and drive innovation in talent acquisition.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen to make data-driven decisions and deliver results.
