The Role
Position Title: Recruitment Lead Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 9K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading dental healthcare services provider in Dubai : . Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for open positions within the company . Work closely with hiring managers to determine which applicants are the best fit for a given job opening . Review resumes and interview candidates for positions to ensure they meet the job requirements . Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers or human resources representatives . Oversee new hire orientations and training programs to ensure that new hires are able to perform their job duties . Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that is aligned with the company's goals and values
Requirements
