- Taking Job Briefs for active positions and asking accurate questions to target the right candidates for the right opportunities.
- Actively supporting the team on sourcing, assessing and briefing candidates.
- Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to better understand the client, role and job market in the region.
- Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role you will be working on and updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database.
- Managing interview processes between clients and candidates .
- Writing job advertisements and supporting on various administrative tasks.
- Applicants shall have a valid residency/student visa (sponsorship by parent, spouse or University).
- Outstanding English communication skills - verbal and written.
- A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Finance, Human Resources or Sales is required.
- Prior experience in finance, sales, HR/recruitment would be a strong asset.
- Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure and to work as a part of a team as well as work autonomously.
