Here at AX CAPITAL we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Executive to join a growing Internal Recruitment team. The successful candidate would play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various real estate positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR teams to ensure the company attracts high-quality candidates that align with our culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all real estate roles, including sales agents for Primary and Secondary Market, HR , marketing professionals, interior designers and administrative support.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Talent Pool Building: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market shifts in the real estate sector.
Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all local and national employment laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for experience in real estate, property management, or related industries.
Experience working in an internal recruiting role with full-cycle recruiting.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including various roles and skillsets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong sourcing and interview techniques with experience using online platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Total jobs and specialized real estate job boards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
