Job Description

The Recruitment Executive with HR operations experience is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, while also supporting general HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMIS updates, and day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Post job openings on various platforms including job portals, social media, and internal channels. Manage candidate databases and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely hiring. Conduct initial HR interviews and assess cultural and job fit. Issue offer letters, coordinate joining formalities, and onboard new employees. Conducting recruitment / exit interviews and recording them accordingly. Facilitating newcomers joining formalities. Reviewing and updating job descriptions for all positions regularly. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to employees. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ Documents/ Certificates as per the requirement in consultation with the Management. Handling all employee enquiries and grievances. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and the employee is required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 year of experience in HR Operation in UAE is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in F & B Recruitment is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in Excel and Labor law.
