to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. You will play a key role in helping the organization build a strong and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
Source potential candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and professional networks
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' suitability
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams and candidates
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
Support offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding activities
Generate recruitment reports and support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs as needed
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and social recruiting (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
