Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workers for various operational roles (e.g. construction, MEP, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with project/site teams.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, agencies, social media, and local/international recruitment partners.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
Handle visa documentation, onboarding coordination, and mobilization support.
Maintain a strong candidate database and ensure timely fulfillment of workforce needs.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and labor supply vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of recruitment experience
in the UAE, specifically focused on
blue-collar manpower.
Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and visa processes.
Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools/platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be available to join
immediately.
