to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career pages
Source candidates through databases, social platforms, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) to assess candidates' fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data using ATS or HR software
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Prepare regular recruitment reports and analytics for leadership
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
