Recruitment Executive

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across all divisions, ensuring timely and efficient staffing to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across divisions. Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and applicant databases. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment. Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
