Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple roles, including blue-collar positions.
Recruit domestic staff (nannies, babysitters, housekeepers) -- preference for experienced candidates, but open to others.
Support recruitment for healthcare professionals as needed.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring objectives.
Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and track progress.
Assist with basic account management and contract follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment databases and generate regular reports.
Requirements:
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or HR consultancy.
Experience hiring blue-collar workers and/or domestic staff.
Exposure to healthcare recruitment is a plus.
Prior recruitment experience in GCC or EU markets is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of account/client management.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
