Recruitment Consultant - Dubai

AED40,000-AED80,000 base + uncapped commission

We're hiring on behalf of a select group of high-performing recruitment firms seeking experienced 360 Recruiters ready to take their next big step -- whether that's growing within a boutique powerhouse in Central London or relocating to the fast-paced, tax-free recruitment hub of Dubai.

If you have 2+ years of experience at a single agency and a proven track record in finance, tech, life sciences, or engineering recruitment, we want to connect you with firms where your potential won't just be recognised -- it will be multiplied.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a full desk, end-to-end role where you'll be trusted to:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle -- from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement

Build, grow, and own your desk within one of the high-demand sectors: finance, tech, life sciences, or engineering

Partner with clients ranging from VC-backed start-ups to global brands

Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture

Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets

You Will Need

A minimum of 2 years at one recruitment agency (stability and performance are key)

Proven experience in 360 recruitment within any of the listed sectors

A commercial mindset and natural drive for business development and client management

Confidence to own your market and bill big, whether in London or Dubai

A strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments
