Working Hours & Benefits

Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday (Half-day): 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Opportunity to grow with one of the most progressive HR companies in the region.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Recruitment Consultant with 5-7 years of proven experience in recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to sourcing and hiring for various industries such as

Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering, Banking & Finance, and IT.

At Job Hub Global, you will play a pivotal role in bridging businesses with the best talents, contributing directly to client success and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Deliver staffing solutions tailored to industry needs. Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

5-7 years of solid experience in recruitment consultancy. Proven track record of successful placements across multiple industries. Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree . Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Strong Computer Skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Posting advertisements on Social Media will be an added advantage.
