: You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process with clients with a particular focus on UAE, KSA and the rest of the MENA region and will be joining a warm desk. We will also consider candidates with relevant B2B Consulting/Sales experience in the Middle East, providing that they demonstrate the nescessary atributes for the role. We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record of achievement, a strong network of buying contacts (\xe2\x80\x9cC Level\xe2\x80\x9d or Directors), within the Middle East and Far East. Responsibilities
Identifying, generating new business opportunities across middle east .
Preparing action plans, gathering data and schedules to identify target market.
Preparing and maintaining master report of entire activities, which includes daily activities, leads, follow-up, closings, future prospects and adherence goals.
Cold Calling, mass emailing, generating leads using LinkedIn and other websites
Daily reporting to the Director on the tasks accomplished
Skills We are looking for a person with at least 3-4 yrs experience into recruitment sales. Should be able to work on his own from getting clients and managing relationship with them making sure there requirements are met by the backend team. Should be able to generate the leads on his/her own attend client meetings. Should also have knowledge of end to end recruitment and should be able to do sourcing work. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
