Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles. Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, agencies, headhunting, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate assessment processes. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in selection decisions. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular follow-up with shortlisted candidates. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain updated recruitment dashboards and reports. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a group company or across multiple industries. Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and employment regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver under pressure. Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals (e.g., Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred:

Recruitment agency background or prior experience with high-volume hiring. Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies. Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are an advantage.
