About Us:
Malaak is a leading homecare provider, delivering high-quality care services in patients' homes. We are seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our team across healthcare, operations, admin, and support roles, while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses, caregivers, admin staff, operations staff, etc.). Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience. Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets. Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and employee records management. Support general HR tasks Maintain recruitment and HR records, reports, and dashboards. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.What We're Looking For:
Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or service sectors. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing (DHA, MOH, HAAD) is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
