Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the real estate sector, ensuring the organization attracts high-quality professionals who align with our business goals and culture. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of candidates, fostering relationships, and promoting the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for real estate positions including agents, property managers, analysts, brokers, and administrative staff. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, real estate networks, professional groups, referrals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future needs.

Recruitment Process Management:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance. Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for real estate roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities. Negotiate salaries, benefits, and employment terms with selected candidates.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, industry associations, and local networking groups. Promote the organization's employer brand to potential candidates, showcasing our culture, values, and real estate expertise. Attend and represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to attract talent.

Market Research & Industry Trends:

Stay updated on real estate industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to understand the demand for talent and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly. Use insights to help inform recruitment strategies and create targeted job descriptions.

Metrics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate). Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on recruitment efforts, progress, and challenges.

Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on real estate or related fields (e.g., property management, commercial/residential brokerage, real estate development). Strong understanding of real estate industry roles, job functions, and market demands. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and real estate recruitment platforms. Ability to build relationships with diverse candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Desired Skills:



Real estate license or previous experience in a real estate sales or property management role (preferred). Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the real estate industry. Ability to handle high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
