HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

to join our growing HR team and help us build the best talent pool in the industry.

What You'll Own:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Take charge of end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across sales, operations, and management.

Talent Sourcing:

Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, networking events, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.

Candidate Assessment:

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

Prepare and negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding:

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and help enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

HR Compliance & Reporting:

Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, RERA, and MOHRE regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Who You Are:

2-5 years of proven recruitment experience; experience in real estate is a strong plus. Skilled at sourcing, assessing, and closing high-quality candidates. Solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage high-volume hiring Good understanding of UAE job market trends Deep understanding of UAE labor laws, RERA regulations, and hiring practices. and industry network Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
