Source potential candidates through social media platforms
Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates
Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
Communicate with applicants via email or WhatsApp regarding job opportunities
Support recruiters in drafting job postings for LinkedIn and other platforms
Assist in initial phone screening and data verification
Prepare recruitment reports and progress summaries
Help in employer branding activities (e.g., posting job ads, social media updates)
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the recruitment tea
