Job Description
QHire Human Resources is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Craft and update compelling job descriptions. Hunt down top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and more. Write engaging outreach messages to attract passive candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/video/in-person), and evaluate assessments. Post job ads across multiple platforms and drive applications. Create shortlists and work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. Send offer letters, clarify benefits, and support candidate queries. Track key HR metrics: time-to-fill, source of hire, etc. Attend job fairs and lead in-house recruitment events. Be the friendly face that helps new hires onboard smoothly.
