QHire Human Resources is looking for an energetic and detail-driven HR Recruiter Intern to support our growing team in Doha.
Your Role Will Include:
Writing and refreshing clear, attractive job postings.
Actively searching for strong candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
Crafting personalized outreach messages to engage passive talent.
Screening CVs, coordinating interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and reviewing candidate assessments.
Publishing job ads across multiple job boards and boosting application flow.
Preparing candidate shortlists and collaborating with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
Issuing offer letters, clarifying employment details, and assisting with candidate questions.
Monitoring recruitment data such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
Representing QHire at job fairs and internal hiring events.
Supporting new employees during onboarding to ensure a smooth start.
