We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter who has experience in sourcing and hiring Emirati candidates across various functions. The role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, driving Emiratization hiring targets and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Emiratization roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding support).
Build and maintain a strong network of UAE National talent through portals, career fairs, LinkedIn, universities, and referrals.
Partner closely with internal HR & hiring managers to understand job requirements and manpower needs.
Maintain updated candidate pipelines, trackers, and weekly reporting for Emiratization hiring progress.
Ensure recruitment best practices, candidate experience, and compliance with UAE labor / Emiratization guidelines.
Support in employer branding initiatives targeted towards UAE National talent.
Requirements:
1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, with direct exposure to Emiratization hiring.
Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with UAE candidate market.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic preferred, English required).
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within set timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law & Emiratization regulations.
Experience working with ATS systems.
