This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for recruiting top-tier talent across multiple divisions of our real estate brokerage. The recruiter will focus on sourcing candidates for Secondary Sales, Off-Plan Sales, and Executive-level roles, including specialists in rentals, commercial properties, and ready-to-sell units.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its talent landscape
Proven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates for sales and executive-level roles
Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills
Multilingual fluency is an advantage.
