Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Emiratization positions including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of UAE National talent through career fairs, online job portals, LinkedIn, universities, and community networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements, business needs, and workforce planning.
  • Prepare and update Emiratization hiring reports, dashboards, and candidate trackers for management review.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with UAE labor laws, Emiratization guidelines, and company compliance standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback.
  • Support employer branding campaigns aimed at enhancing Dicetek's image as an employer of choice for Emirati talent.
  • Maintain candidate data in ATS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR to organize internship programs, training events, and Emiratization-related initiatives.
Ideal Profile
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on Emiratization or local market hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and talent engagement skills within the UAE labor market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Emiratization regulations.
