About the role\xe2\x80\xa6 We are seeking a highly accomplished Contract Recruiter for a 3-to-6-month assignment. Longer-term consideration is possible. You must be:
- experienced sourcing and recruiting for positions for private sector software, data management, or financial services companies within Dubai, UAE
- have extensive knowledge of UAE employment law and navigating the work permit/visa processes
- have excellent native-level English and Arabic
- Develop a targeted sourcing and marketing plan for identifying top talent and establish timelines for achieving goals.
- Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources on the plan and keep the VP updated on progress.
- Follow company procedures for tracking and interviewing candidates. Ideas for improvement are welcome.
- Screen and assess candidates against client - customer requirements and present/submit candidate profiles to hiring managers/key-stakeholders.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process.
- Provide advice on local area compensation relevant for the position and candidate experience level.
- Consult and partner with other HR staff and Hiring Manager as needed.
- 4 or more years full life cycle recruiting experience
- Native-level English and Arabic
- Prior experience sourcing and recruiting professional level positions within the software or related technical or SaaS space
- Based in Dubai (preferred)
