We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Recreation Instructor

to lead, coordinate, and deliver a variety of recreational, fitness, and wellness programs for guests of all ages. This includes group exercise classes, aqua aerobics, wellness events, and specialized programs designed for both youth and senior guests. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, fitness expertise, and a guest-focused approach, with fluency in Arabic and a strong commitment to safety and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Functions:

Maintain accurate records using logbooks and digital systems Respond promptly to guest and team inquiries with professionalism Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues across departments

Operational Tasks:

Oversee the upkeep, safety, and readiness of recreation areas and equipment Deliver diverse classes and activities, including pool-based and outdoor sessions Plan and update weekly fitness schedules and wellness programs Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized training sessions Supervise part-time instructors and volunteer staff when required Manage inventory and coordinate with purchasing teams for equipment needs Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and brand service standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or degree in Fitness, Sports Science, or a related field (required) 3-5 years of professional experience as a Recreation Instructor in luxury hotels or premium hospitality settings Recognized internationally accredited Fitness Instructor certification Active First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory) Excellent fitness level with ability to lead diverse activities, including aquatic and outdoor sessions Fluent in English and Arabic with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic scheduling applications Experience in youth and senior programming is a plus

Currently based in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa
