We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Health Club & Fitness professional to join our team in Dubai, UAE, within a leading hospitality environment.
Position:- Certified Gym Instructor / Fitness Trainer
Location:- Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Industry:- Hospitality / Wellness & Fitness
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout plans.
Lead one-on-one and group fitness training sessions.
Monitor clients' progress and modify programs as needed.
Demonstrate proper technique and ensure safety during all exercises.
Keep gym equipment clean, functional, and organized.
Motivate and inspire members to reach their full potential.
Support gym operations, including scheduling, front desk support, and client inquiries.
Promote wellness programs and contribute to a positive gym environment.
Qualifications:-
Diploma or Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer or Gym Instructor.
Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Passionate about health and fitness, with a strong client focus.
Knowledge of gym equipment, exercise science, and training techniques.
