Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk is tidy
Assist in basic accounting duties such as data entry, invoicing, petty cash handling, and bank reconciliation
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Coordinate with the accounting team for month-end reports
Provide support in filing and document management
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
Ability to speak and understand
basic Arabic
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and good communication skills
