Admin and Operations cum Accounts position:
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise team members (designers, account managers, web developers), conduct performance evaluations, and support their professional development.
Provide general administrative support, including day-to-day office management and operational tasks.
Prepare and manage quotations and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate financial records and support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance of all contracts, proposals, and agreements in line with company policies.
Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and recommend process improvements.
Support cross-departmental coordination and communication to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in administration, operations, or accounts, preferably in a business development or sales-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
