We're Hiring - Receptionist (Dubai Office)
Join Greenstone Equity Partners as the welcoming face of our Downtown Dubai office, located on the 120th floor of the Burj Khalifa. In this customer-facing role you will greet visitors and clients, manage front-desk operations, and provide reliable administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and receive visitors and clients with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain the reception area, ensuring a tidy, organized workspace.
  • Provide general administrative assistance such as scheduling, basic filing, and supporting ad-hoc office tasks.
Requirements:
  • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and an approachable, customer-service mindset.
