Job Description

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, and handle inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mails, packages).
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Support other administrative staff as required.
Ensure security protocols are followed at the reception area.
Provide information about the organization to visitors and callers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Administration preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
