Qualification: Bachelor Degree / Diploma
Experience: 2 Years Front Desk Experience, Freshers are encouraged as well ( UAE National ).
Job Discription:

Answering phone calls in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner and redirecting them as necessary.
Welcoming visitors, students, and staff in the reception area.
Guiding visitors to the desired departments and directing students to lecture halls.
Providing information and instructions on resource usage efficiently.
Collaborating in following up on customer feedback reports and complaints.
Maintaining the organization of the reception area by adhering to university procedures, rules, and regulations.
Handling general administrative tasks such as sending and updating calendars via email.
Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

General Conditions:

Proficiency in English languages, spoken and written.
Enthusiastic fresh graduates can also apply.
Good command in computer skills, particularly MS office programs
